The EGO HT2000E is equipped with laser-cut steel blades that are diamond-ground for precise. clean cuts. A clean cut with the blade made of hardened steel encourages new growth in hedges and shrubs. The end of the blade has a protector. which protects the blade from walls and fences.

It’s a lightweight machine. only weighing 2.8 kg without the battery. The HT2000E is comfortable to use with a soft-grip D-style handle.

Running time with the 2.5Ah battery is up to 75 minutes but this is dependent on the thickness of the material being cut. If the machine has to work harder it drains the battery quicker. Can recharge in 50 minutes. EGO recommend the 2.5Ah battery with the HT2000E hedge cutter as bigger batteries are heavier and won’t improve the performance.
