Coming as a complete package the D40CS40K2 has a 2Ah 40v battery and standard charger so you have everything to get you started. The CS40 has a 16 inch / 40cm pro quality Oregon guide bar. This size saw is ideal for gardening jobs including logging and pruning. The automatic oiling keeps the chain lubricated and the chain can be tensioned by simply adjusting a knob. The chain brake safety feature stops the chain quickly if the saw kicks back unexpectedly. Depending on the thickness of the material being cut the 2Ah battery can last for up to 15 minutes. A larger 4Ah battery is available as an optional extra.
