Fitted with a Honda GXV160 engine. the reliable 163cc engineis easy to start and offers lower fuel consumption than other petrolequivalents. The high-speed gearbox and self-propelled drive make the553HRS-PROHS ideal for commercial daily use. swiftly producing a clean andprecise finish with minimal effort.

The 53cm / 21” deck is made from anti-corrosive alloy andreinforced with a steel liner and front protection bar to add extra protectionto the mower and ensure a longer product life. The heavy-duty handle bars aremade from 25.4mm gauge and have reinforced struts to add strength to the lowerhandles.

The 553HRS-PROHS is shaft driven. it doesn’t use a belt orchain and can work a long day with minimal pressure on the mower. There is a splitdifferential reducing slipping and scalping whilst turning on the grass. TheBBC (blade brake clutch) stops the blades from turning without stopping theengine. ensuring the 553HRS-PROHS can be moved easily across paths and gravelareas.

There are 7 cutting heights ranging from a super-low 13mm upto a lofty 59mm. the heights are adjusted by simple and practically located levers.The fan assisted collection sucks the clippings efficiently into the large 75litre fabric grass collector.
